Store Policy

  • We gladly accept returns within 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as sale items, downloadable and personalized products or gift cards. 
  • To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Great care is taken to package items securely therefore we are not responsible for items that arrive broken or not at all. We will be glad to assist you with your tracking and shipping needs if this occurs.
  • Please note downloadable products are not intended for commercial resale, promotions, or distribution. You are responsible for having the necessary software to open and use downloadable files therefore we cannot offer a refund if your files do not open. Once your purchase is finalized, you will recieve an email with a link to your download purchase. If you do not receive an email please check your spam or junk folders. Let us know if you are unable to access the files and we will be glad to work with you to find a solution. Color variations may occur on downloadable products due to hardware settings. We apologize but we cannot offer you a refund for color variation.
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: Items that have been opened, books with obvious signs of use, any item not in its original condition and any item that is returned more than 30 days of purchase.
  • To complete your return, please send us a copy of your receipt and your item to: What He Sees Ministries, 2220 County Rd., 210 W., Ste. 108, PMB 352, Jacksonville, FL 32229.
  • Please note, we do not cover shipping return costs. Delivery of downloadabe products is automated. There are no shipping costs. 
  • Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment. 
  • If you do not receive a refund in a reasonable amount of time, first check your bank and credit card records. Please contact us at meganmccloud1@gmail.com if you still have not received your refund.
